• Sleeper information you choose to connect, including your username, leagues, teams, rosters, matchups, scoring rules, and league settings.
• Billing records such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, trial dates, and transaction status. Stripe handles full payment-card details.
• Product activity and technical information, including pages and features used, recommendation runs, logs, approximate device or browser details, IP address, and error diagnostics.
• Preferences stored in cookies or local storage, such as session and selected-league settings.

• Provide, personalize, and secure the Service.
• Import league context and generate draft, start/sit, and waiver analysis.
• Process subscriptions and enforce feature access.
• Respond to support requests and communicate service changes.
• Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and improve models and product features.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers that host, authenticate, monitor, support, or help operate FFNexus.ai, including AWS and relevant AI or data providers.
• Stripe for checkout, billing, fraud prevention, and customer portal access.
• Sleeper when needed to retrieve the account and league information you request.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

• You can disconnect Sleeper, update account details, or cancel billing access.
• You can manage browser cookies and local storage through your browser.
• You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights.
• We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may revise this policy as our data practices or the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date.
