Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FFNexus.ai and its related websites, applications, and features (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Cousins Playbook, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You may use the Service only for lawful, personal fantasy-football analysis and must not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse it.
• You must be legally able to enter this agreement. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

Rankings, draft boards, start/sit suggestions, waiver ideas, projections, summaries, and AI-generated explanations are informational tools. They may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and do not guarantee player availability, scoring, standings, or contest outcomes.

You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and making every roster, draft, or waiver decision. FFNexus.ai does not place wagers or execute transactions in your Sleeper league on your behalf.

The Service may connect to or rely on third parties such as Sleeper, Stripe, cloud providers, content sources, and AI or data providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control their uptime, data accuracy, feature availability, or account decisions.

Paid features are offered at the price and billing interval displayed at checkout. The current Pro Pass is presented as $49.99 per year and may include a 14-day trial when that offer is shown to you.

• A valid payment method may be required to begin a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid access and renews at the interval shown at checkout.
• Stripe processes payments. We do not store your full card number.
• You can cancel or update payment information through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the checkout offer.

We and our licensors retain rights in the Service, software, design, and original content. You retain rights in content you submit. If you send us product feedback, you permit us to use it to operate and improve the Service without an obligation to compensate you.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; update data sources; or restrict access when reasonably needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or misuse prevention. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that projections, source material, or AI output will always be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Cousins Playbook, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the Service or third-party services.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
